The HYPE startup is an over-the-counter blockchain-based service for influencers with the CPA model (Cost Per Action — Internet ads payment only for specific user actions on an advertiser’s site). “Over-the-counter” means that two market participants transfer funds manually in a single-range network, from one wallet to another when the transaction terms are negotiated.

How it works: proof-of-view model
Customers can place contracts for content creation to promote their business interests in the net with the price in HYPE, details, terms, and deadlines. Customers pay for the orders with the HYPE tokens — transparently and depending on the result obtained.
To do so, a number of unique link click-throughs and the cost a customer is ready to pay for this task must be indicated. Additional terms can be discussed in any messenger or social media. A user signing up for a contract will get his reward only when the terms of the contract are fulfilled.
The platform uses UID links to mark user requests and supports these links to confirm request fulfillment through matching the links and operations. When a user who commits the task confirms a request, he can claim an indicated number of tokens. Smart contracts are responsible for the verification, authorization, and transactions.

HYPE provides for the award to Agents and a referral program. Every 7 days, the most active user is elected, whose UID is appointed as an Agent. After 100 weeks, Agent’s tokens will be transferred to the Agent roles in the platform accounts and become available to be claimed directly to the wallet attached (Metamask, Wallet Connect, etc) based on the wallet hashes.
