Solution:
After the update of new characters contract, we need to migrate all old characters to new characters. This process is a lined-up process. If too much migration happens at the same time, it will cause the "traffic jam". So please be patient and do migrate one by one.
If you got error in migration, please wait 10-15 minutes then migrate again, we need to be in lined-up.
If you cannot buy new capsule, please wait till all old characters migration complete, the new capsule can be opened. Don't worry!
There are still people who could migrate if they were patient and wait after 10-15 minutes, don't be panic and spam in channel. Stay focus on your account and ready for the battle.
So for now, warriors, you need to be patient and wait till get in turn to migrate and buy new Capsule. It's just the overload when opening new character contract due to our ecosystem is quite big now.
