New experience reduction digits:
TIER 5 XP gained decreased by 17%
TIER 4 XP gained decreased by 42%
TIER 3 XP gained decreased by 45%
TIER 2 XP gained decreased by 53%
TIER 1 XP gained decreased by 48%
TIER S XP gained decreased by 42%
