I want to share with you a good example of how we could trade in a range market using the reversal setups from the resistance and support levels.

The same reversal setup gave 5 profitable trades which we could use with 1:2 / 1:3 risk / reward ratio.

How much money we could make?
With 1% risk per trade, our profit for several trading hours could be about 10-15%
With 2% risk per trade, our profit for several trading hours could be about 20-30%

From time to time I wrote in my posts, that you have to monitor markets and the timeframe of your chart doesn't matter. Why is it so important? It is simple, every new candle can change the whole picture or at least a lot.

Yesterday, I shared the daily chart of Bitcoin where the market was going to continue the downward movement. We had the same correction format s it was at the beginning of 2021. You can see lower swing lows and the key support at SMA50 and 30 000$. This time we could expect the downward movement toward SMA50 and 42 000$ - 40 000$. This model was workable during the whole day but the close price changed the picture. The daily candle couldn't support the further downward movement.

Today, we can see an attempt to break the local downtrend line. If the buyers succeed, we will get a solid bullish signal. It will tell us that the model with the downward movement toward 42 000$ - 40 000$ should be changed into a new model with the upward movement toward the ATH.

Just 1 candle can change the market situation. And it is very important to follow the real signals from the market than to follow your wishes.
