First and foremost we just want to thank everyone for their patience with sticking through this entire process with us.

With that being said, here is a brief update:

The team has been extremely busy developing & positioning the new brand. Meaning, we have been adding and subtracting what it will actually take to become a significant team and brand. All things considered, we are now working alongside new highly skilled developers.

After final discussions with the executive team, we have decided that we will officially launch on the 5th of November. The migration to v3, a whole rebrand, new marketing, plus more will all be done before the November 5th launch. On November 5th you will be able to trade the v3 token on PancakeSwap with a new contract address (not posted yet.)

Just know that we haven’t forgotten about you, and if you haven’t seen some of us that much in Telegram it is because we are all working overtime to diligently make this process go as fast, as smooth, and as punctual as possible.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and kind words. They mean a lot to us!

The next announcement we put out will give more details on the migration, new contract, marketing plan, and how we’re going to reward V1 and V2 holders.

Right now the team is working hard on rebranding everything as we are changing the name.

This includes the website, the content for social media and telegram, the banner ads, videos, and all the graphics etc..

Also, the marketing plan is being set up for launch.

In the coming days, we will give more details in regards to that plan, as we're also trying to close deals with some exciting influencers.

As soon as everything is prepared and in place, we'll then announce a date to start the migration process. Thankfully, our portal is already made and running, so that's a plus to speed up things.

We'll also be implementing a couple of things to reward the V1 & V2 investors. We understand that they have been the most affected by the situation and we believe that it's our duty to do our best in order to reward them and to just overall show some appreciatiation for their trust and belief in us.

We just wanted to give you guys an update as to what's going on. We all know it's been a very difficult situation for us and a lot of you guys and that's why we couldn't just rush an announcement until we had weighed out all the options. We truly take your best interest at heart here.

We've got some pretty exciting news to share with you all!

Some of the community astronauts want BNB refunds of their initial DogeX investments. We had our nerds do the math and you would only get less than 1/10 of your initial BNB investment back. Therefore, this option is off the table.

The solution we've decided to go with is a migration to a V3 contract. We've decided to make things much simpler, get rid of the fancy tokenomics, buyback, and limitations. A basic contract that won't cause headaches/issues later on. A simple buy/sell tax contract would definitely ease things and attract a lot of investors/whales later on. Nobody wants to be limited when entering/exiting a trade.

With a contract that is too complicated and limited, it makes it very hard to focus on growth. This is why a simple contract, nothing fancy, will make it much more sustainable.

Sure, the floor system can probably work if done in a certain way but that's something we don't wish to pursue and take a gamble on.

Fortunately, the migration and launch process will be much quicker than before as the contract is simple and we already have the portal ready.

The V3 contract will be simple and effective, the new supply will be reduced from 1 quadrillion to 1 trillion tokens and you will be getting a 1:1 swap $ value for your DogeX tokens (same value as you currently hold).

We will also be adding brand new, world's-first utilities on top of it including:
- Non-art NFT platform that is as revolutionary. There will be a preview of this platform before the V3 launch. We got a top-notch NFT developer working on this already. One of the many features of holding this utility-based NFT is extra reflections.
- Our own decentralized exchange
- A custom cross-chain bridge that will be completed before the V3 launch. This will allow us to be listed on multiple DEXes such as Uniswap.
- A custom, world’s-first BSC tax-free token transfer bridge so you can move your tokens to a safer wallet if you wish.

Also, we are expanding our already large team now and assigning official C-Level roles such as CEO, CTO, CMO, etc. Going forward, the project will be handled more professionally.

We're working on rebranding the whole project, keeping a cute aspect to it but getting rid of the Doge name as we are heavily focusing on the utility aspect of it later on.

All the BNB from this contract will be used to fund and grow the new contract. The marketing will be crazy!

We will be scheduling a voice chat tomorrow for 1 PM EST so everybody will be able to attend.
