SUPPORT TICKETS

While team #EasyFi has been working round-the-clock to resolve support tickets, it is brought to notice that almost 10% of total tickets have not been activated by the users yet from their email ids. We are hence unable to resolve those tickets unless activated first.

We request these users who have not yet received any intimation on the tickets from us, to verify their tickets and activate them using the link on the email ids entered while raising the ticket at earliest.

This is also to intimate all users that the Support Portal will be closed today at 1000H IST / 1630H UTC.

Users who are looking for some sort of EASY resolution must send us their queries before this time. No new claims shall be entertained once support portal is closed.

Team #EasyFi has been consciously working on finalizing a thorough Reinstatement plan for all users & ensuring the community feels comfortable using @EasyfiNetwork products & protocol.

Security Audit & practices

We will partner with top audit companies for a complete audit of all security practices and introduce a bug bounty program for the community

Insurance

We will partner with leading companies to introduce Protocol & Positional Insurance for adding an additional layer of risk mitigation as part of protocol to infuse extra security & confidence for usage of the protocol.

Protocol Launch

We will launch our protocol for public use on @0xPolygon & #BSC after the security auditors and insurance partners are onboarded

Community incentivization and liquidity sourcing

We will release various farming and liquidity sourcing programs for #EZ token holders and protocol users on all networks including Polygon, Binance Smart Chain & Ethereum.

INTERIM COMPENSATION PLAN

EasyFi Network is releasing a carefully thought out compensation plan for the protocol users on Polygon Network.

Salient features:

Compensation to 100% of the lenders/depositors net balances.
Net balances of each address to be as per snapshot
Block height considered for the above is #13464478 on the Polygon Network i.e. before the hack happened.
Users will get funds in two parts
- 25% of their funds will be compensated immediately,
- 75% will be in EZ IOUs (I Owe You)

EZ IOUs
Will be an ERC20 token
100% backed by vested $EZ tokens
1 EZ (IOU) = 1 #EZ
Holders will receive multiple benefits from EasyFi & partner projects

EASYFI SUPPORT PORTAL FOR EZ TOKENSWAP IS NOW LIVE

Easyfi Network has launched a support portal to address user queries & grievances related to $EZ #tokenswap.

Users can now submit a support ticket on 4 diff categories of queries related to $EZ swaps on #Ethereum #Polygon & #Binance #Smartchain.

Each category of the #EasyFi Ticket System aims to solve all queries regarding balance reconciliation on CEXs, DEXs & LPs on 3 networks.

The 4 Categories are:
Purchased on a #DEX after the snapshot
Had #EASY tokens in the wallet at the time of snapshot, but did not get swapped tokens
Purchased on #CEX but did not get swapped tokens
Provided Liquidity on #DEX

Despite waiting for quite some time with a request for clarity, we have not received requisite information from ProBit, HitBTC and HotBit.

We are hence taking up this mantle to solve user queries related to these CEXs directly.
