In her opinion, it is deflation, not inflation, that will hit global markets as consumer demand shifts from goods to services.
“We believe that the likelihood of deflation is much higher. Most will now think this is crazy, given the rise in commodity prices. Here's what happened: many spent their money on the only thing they could - on goods (both durable and short-term). After vaccination, people will move from buying goods to purchasing services and many companies will have surplus in warehouses.”
