Tutorial for MetaMask issues with wheel of death and not seeing your Ekta.

1. Go to the Metamask circle logo on the top right hand corner and tap/click it
2. Go to 'Settings' on the bottom and tap/click it
3. Go to 'Advanced' and tap/click it
4. Go to 'Reset Account' and tap/click it*
5. Retry the MetaMask function you were stuck trying to do

*Reset Account only clears your transaction history. It does not change the balances in your account Open / Comment

As mentioned, we'll be bringing Ekta Mainnet (EMN) back online around 3pm GMT today.

Here's what you can expect:
You should have all the tokens you purchased or were airdropped and cross-chain bridged to EMN
You should also have the tokens you would have been rewarded with if you staked from Day 1 on 28 Aug
We've made adjustments to ensure that you have the right amount of tokens you would have expected from staking rewards
When EMN is back up, you'll find your total tokens in your EMN wallet

And then, you can go and STAKE EKTA again! APYs are still incredibly high.

2021-09-02 17:35:53 Since we realized the issue 1st September at 11:20am GMT, our team has been trying to deploy different methods to resolve the problem. We've come to the conclusion that the most accurate way to solve the issue is one that is more thorough and more time-consuming than other options. We've already starting working on the fix.

⁣While we work, you may experience some errors on Ekta mainnet and it's related functions. You can disregard any abnormalities in what you currently see in your Ekta mainnet and staking interface. We also currently suggest that you don't create new staking activities during this period. Please know that this is a part of the process we are working through in order to fix the situation.

⁣We will be turning off the mainnet again at 3pm GMT to realize all the fixes we've been working on, and will be offline again for up to 24 hours. Obviously, we aim to have it done earlier, but would rather do it right as there is a lot of data to work through and confirm. There will also significant time spent to make sure everyone who had issues with the Ekta Bridge (Ekta tokens that haven't arrived) will also be addressed in this fix.

⁣We will make sure everyone will be taken care of and to make sure your Ekta amounts, all the time you've been staking, including the time and tokens that haven't appeared yet, is factored into the end result.
