Binance, the leading crypto exchange, announced that it will halt US dollar deposits and withdrawals, starting from February 8th, without giving any explanation for the move. According to a Binance representative, affected customers have been informed. The exchange stated that only a small fraction of their monthly active users (0.01%) utilize USD bank transfers, and they are making efforts to resume the service soon.
