The Shariah Advisory Council of Malaysia has approved the use of Cryptocurrencies on registered crypto exchanges! Many Malay citizens of which approximately 60% are Muslim had been reluctant to trade crypto, fearing it might not be sharia-compliant. The announcement was revealed at the countries Invest Malaysia 2020 event this week.
