Features snapshot:ICO of G tokens by teams at Equinox dApp has some unique functions. Throughout the ICO period funds are not available for disbursals. The contribution credits in MultiSig wallet. Once ICO ends only 50% of the total contribution can be used by teams by collective approval for each transaction. Remaining 50% gets locked for 3 months and can only be available after the said period.
In DEX (under development) we have implemented a unique function by which liquidity comes from MultiSig wallet hence requires approval of all team members.
So, Members of MultiSig wallet simply are DAO members and it works like True internal democracy for asset management and operations.
This is one of the reason we call these DAOs as ORG 3.0. It stands for Operations and Resource Group. The members operate in a permissionless democratic environment and manage assets collectively.
So, to reflect these as onchain business enterprises we have decentralized many functions:
Company = DAO
Bank's Account = MultiSig
Board = Governance through voting

Exchange = Enterprise DEX (upcoming)
