Current long term parameters for BTC are showing a baseline level from both of our All Time Highs (2017 and 2021) which was broken after a couple of higher time frame recess where price ranged for a couple of months before starting another market cycle.

What does this mean to our current BTC market structure?

This means that if we see a similar market reaction on the macro level, combined with most market indicators in the long term, we could see a strong bullish reaction from our current lows, which would kick off a new market cycle and potentially push BTC and alts to new mid and long term high in the next year.
