Hello. This is FIRMACHAIN.
The result of the most recent governance proposal, 'Increase minimum commission rate to 5%' will be applied to the network via a blockchain network software upgrade.
Upgrading the network requires the temporary suspension of the blockchain and hence the schedule must be prearranged by all FIRMACHAIN validators.
Following are the items that require consensus between validators.
> Schedule chain upgrade
> Make sure the proposal has been fully acknowledged by all validators (i.e. all validators fulfilling their respective roles (whatever the roles may be) in applying the results of the second governance proposal)
> Share next steps of the FIRMACHAIN network
