Our Dow Jones position hit our wide TP an hour ago and is on path to all-time highs (this week) as we expected. Earnings season continues on Tuesday with major reports from Netflix , Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and United Airlines. From the 41 companies that already reported Q3 earnings, 80% beat earnings expectation, another strong sign that this earning season is again positive. Unlike in recent earnings season, we saw a sell-off at Wall Street, which means that many companies have more upside potential when reporting upbeat earnings. However, similar to in recent report, forecast will be more importantly, in particular as concerns about a slowing growth remains. With the possible exception of Johnson & Johnson, I do not expect a very cautious outlook for 2021 from the companies reporting today. A modest pullback in 10-year Treasury note yields, which traded at 1.584% overnight but stabilized in European trading (1.6%), and a weaker US dollar are also providing support in early US premarket trading.

Tip: Multiply your usual lot size by ~ 4 - 5 (400% - 500%) trading the Dow Jones (US30). Trade the S&P 500 (SPX500) if you have a small account balance (< $1,250).
