The CHF is today's top performing major currency and continues to benefit from rising concerns about the ongoing economic growth amid rising COVID cases in large parts of the world. Eastern Europe wrestles with virus spikes with Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria reporting record COVID related deaths and infection numbers. Estonia is considering to impose a nation lockdown, neighboring Latvia started another strict lockdown already on October 21 which is planned to run until November 15.
