We are further tightening our SL for our EUR/USD position and give our position more room to fall. Fundamentals continue to favor the dollar. The Fed started the tapering process and will rate hikes in the next 6 months (three times in 2022). This will continue to focus market attention on the USD as currency divergence with the ECB is an ongoing issue. The interesting level is now the 1.12500. If the pair can break through (which seems like) we may see another 15 - 25 pips of decline.
