my belief is that 98-99% of altcoins will eventually go to near zero or its ICO/IEO price. this might take 2 full bull/bear cycles. so up to 8 years. this seems to be the case now with first generation coins from 2017-2018 era.

this is a chart of all altcoins vs btcusd until 2020. as we all know most alts went near zero while btc held value at 10k. ie. 98-99% of altcoins fail after 1 full cycle of bull and bear.
