Special Dividend of AMC Preferred Equity Units
AMC is undergoing a special dividend of one AMC Preferred Equity unit.
FTX will treat this special dividend as a cash dividend marked to the closing price of APE on the first day of trading (August 22, 2022). This cash dividend will be paid out to users within 7 days after APE is listed. AMC balances used to calculate the dividend will be snapshotted at 4am ET August 22nd.
AMC-0930 will settle to the 1-hour TWAP of the FTX AMC/USD spot index over the hour before expiration plus the closing price of APE on the first day after trading (August 22, 2022). The FTX AMC future index will be updated to reflect this.
