1. Fixed the upper limit of the capacity of the Level 8 storehouses.
2. Fixed a bug with high-risk planet mining where the pirate NPCs would loot $GWT when the fleet was sufficient.
Please Note: The GWT looted by the pirate NPCs will be refunded to the corresponding wallet address within a week.
