1. Lookup “MD Doctors near me” try to find a lowkey one, one rated 2-3 stars, never 4-5 because they are known doctors to pharmacies.

2. Once you found one, all you need is there first and last name.

3. Go over to https://www.npinumberlookup.org and put in the doctors first & last name and your state, of doctor name is a common name, a few will pop up and just find the one that has zip code in your city or zip you seen on google when you searched the doctor.

4. Once you found the doctor scroll down on doctor’s info until you see “NPI Number” and save that, the doctors name & doctors office address in notes. (99% of the time they don’t ask for office address but some pharmacies of hoes and they’ll ask)

5. Next, get a name & a DOB to someone in your city, it can be someone you know personally or you can search online for someone. (IF PERSON HAS INSURANCE IT WILL COVER THE MEDICATION FEE)

6. Once you have all of the info in notes, you can either use your real phone # if it matches city area code or text now if you wanna feel safer.
7. Call any pharmacy near you, CVS, Walgreens, Rite said, Walmart pharmacy, whatever.
8. Connect yourself directly to store pharmacy.
9. In a professional or white voice when the pharmacist answer it should go something just like this.

YOU: Hi there! This is doctor Chris Williams calling, I am calling because I would like to get a prescription written up for a new patient of mine.

PHARMACIST: Okay, what is the patient’s name & DOB

*PROVIDE IT*
*ALWAYS SAY PATIENTS NAME WITH LETTER ABBREVIATIONS!*
*ALWAYS SAY PATIENT’S DOB IN FULL NUMBERS, NOT “O” as in 0*

YOU: The patient’s name would be Mary Thomas, that is M as in mike, A as in Apple, etc etc (you get the point)

10. The pharmacist will ask what medication, you will say “The medication will be 300 Milliliters & or 10 ounces of PHENERGAN Plain(Real term for lean) then follow up quickly and say “The patient is directed 1 teaspoon every 8 hours as needed for cough” 300ML is a half pint btw If they don’t have they amount in just ask them what amounts they have in.

11. Pharmacist will then ask for your NPi number or you can rush into it and say “Are you ready for my NPI” and then provide them it, then they will ask for your office phone number too put on prescription or to call back to verify you placed the order (99% of the time they won’t) provide them the number your calling them from.

12. After that the pharmacist will say “Okay we’ll get that ready for you”or something in that range, kindly say “Thanks, have a blessed day” and hang up.

13. After it’s been 30mins to an hour you called as doctor, call pharmacy from another phone # NOT THE ONE YOU KALLED FROM AS DOCTOR & ask them if your prescription is ready for pick up, provide them name and DOB, if they say it’s ready, ask them if your insurance will cover the prescription, they will either tell you yes or no, IF IT DOES NOT TELL THEM YOU’LL PAY IN CASH (usually $14-$24)

14. If ready, go to the pharmacy and give them the name and DOB, NO YOU DO NOT NEED ID !!!! You can either say it’s for you or you picking up for your og or something.

Alright so this is how you file for PUA claims in florida. A couple things to keep in mind while going through this guide

- Unemployment can be VERY complicated and it is not "easy", but it is simple, and once you get the hang of it you will make a lot of money. I learned this by filing for MYSELF first, and then helping a few of my friends do the same thing, and it took ALOT of time and work to be successful.

-There is a standard expectation for what florida accepts and what you can get away with. The regulations are a lot more relaxed but the system is constantly being updated and every case is different.

-I will tell you everything you need to be succesful but you have to be a problem solver as regulations and rules change slightly every so often. for the most part o keep up to date with it and update people accordingly.

-Keep in mind the law of averages, i recommend getting as many profiles going as you can in order to increase your chances of success. you only need ONE to get your moneys worth.




THINGS YOU NEED

- Fullz (first, last, security, security, DOB etc and msost importantly THE DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER)

- Background report of recent places lived and jobs worked.

- socks5 Proxy, as close to the city you can get

- Drop account IN THE SAME PERSONS NAME. You CANNOT use prepaid cards but you CAN use Current, or you cna make a bank account in the persons name.

-Email account in the applicants name

(optional) Burner line in the applicants name




STEPS TO COMPLETE

1. Go get your fullz. there are places youc an buy them, but I recommend being a little mroe creative, through spamming or hacking to gett he right info. if you have any questions about this PM me.

2. Go to the DEO website and find the FEDERAL REEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PPROGRAM. this is NOT the connect login for state benefits. GENERALLY it is at this link https://floridajobs.org/Reemployment-Assistance-Service-Center/reemployment-assistance/claimants/apply-for-benefits THIS IS THE SECRET THAT THEY DONT TELL YOU

3. Once you have found the portal, you can get to work. In order to get the federal PUA you have to first be DENIED for state benefits. They are TWO SEPARTE WEBSITES, but you have to START your claim on the cstate benefit connect login.

4. GO to the connect portal and fill out a regular state employment application
- Use your background report to fill out the employment data correctly. YOU MUST fill out all the jobs they had accordingly BUT YOU HAVE TO FUDGE THE NUMBERS in order to qualify for Federal.
- REMEMBER you can only get FEDERAL if you do NOT QUALIFY for state. In order to not qualify for state YOU HAVE TO LOWER THE INCOME AMOUNT TO A DISQUALIFYING LEVEL. It states very clearly on the website what a disqualifying amount is and you fill out the form accordingly.
- DONT FORGET, use THEIR REAL JOB but use FAKE NUMBERS, they do not check the amount reported, just that the company reported.
- MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE THEIR REAL ADDRESS. This will keep the application from getting flagged.
- MAKE SURE you choose coorespondences to go to your email that you created with their phone. Must be a gmail, yahoo etc. They will not get any mail if you do it correctly.
- When it comes to the phone number this is a gamble. You cna use a burner line with their info, that may or may not flag the application for fraud, if it is an out of state number, OR you can use their phone number. If you sue their number and the account gets flagged then your basically screwed.


5. Set up the payments to be sent to a direct deposit with your drop that you made in the applicants name and send out that application that you know will fail after about 2-3 days. This is where the magic happens.

6. After the account is flagged, go to the portal that i told you about and begin your applications for federal benefits. Make sure that EVERYTHING THAT YOU PUT IN THE STATE matches the FEDERAL.
