As you may have noticed, the equipment in our data centers is mainly inside containers.
Each of them has anywhere from 340 to 380 ASICs installed, which produce bitcoins for you every day.
What advantages do containers possess? 1. Safety. Containers are much better protected from fires and network attacks than monolithic-type buildings.
2. Efficiency and mobility. We are not tied to any particular piece of land forever. If necessary, we can disassemble our data center, move it to another site and launch it again in just a month.
3. Simplicity of operation.It is easiest to automate all processes in containers.
4. Easy control and maintenance.The smaller the area in which the equipment racks are placed, the easier it is to keep them in working order.
5. Quick upgrades.The design of the containers allows us to quickly implement any improvements. For example, to install the cooling system necessary for ASICs in the form of water panels and fans.
6. The ability to scale.Container solutions are so versatile that they allow us to use the same projects to build different data centers. This saves a lot of time and money.
7. In-house production.We have already noted that we are developing containers from GMT. They're not yet available for purchase, but are already in use at our data centers. This allows us to maintain the quality standards previously mentioned.
