As our common interest in GameFi’s real-yield trends and in bringing blockchain applications to the real world, we’re excited to announce that FIM Ventures has acquired Green Beli. This acquisition is aiming to unleash the full potential of transforming GameFi and agriculture with Plant-to-Earn.

FIM Ventures & Green Beli: Joint efforts to accelerate Plant-to-Earn trend.
- As its first step after acquiring Green Beli, FIM Ventures will invest $1 million in Green Beli’s Plant-to-Earn Farm. The investment amount includes both property and cash to finance real-world land (at least 10 hectares), trees and tree care, etc.

- All operating expenses will be covered by the investment of FIM Ventures. No need to sell $GRBE for operations. Therefore, $GRBE obtained from the sale of NFT Tree will be LOCKED in the reserve for at least 1 year to stabilize the token price.

- FIM Ventures commits to mint all remaining NFT Trees after the 02 weeks minting period. FIM Ventures uses $GRBE from funds purchased from the market. No advisory tokens or seed & private tokens are used.

- Expected mint price: 10,000 GRBE/NFT Tree
