TOR Curve Pool Update

Since the pool experienced several withdrawals in the last week (for the general stables panic), the following measures just took place:

1) 2M USDC + 2M TOR have been deposited from the DAO wallet to the pool
This will help to stabilize the % of TOR, being a bit less susceptible to changes.
2) The reedem function is now available if and when TOR in the Curve Pool will reach 65% (instead of 60%)
3) Minting, as previously announced, it's disabled right now, until the market will demand more TOR to be injected. We will announce when it will be available again

Btw in the meantime we're in touch with several partners to make additional TOR integrations and Farms (even crosschain )
