KYC can be:

Approved in Few Seconds

KYC verification is immediate when Customer Identification and Customer Due Diligence checks are successful.

Approved in 24/48 hours

KYC verification may take up to 48 hours when Customer Identification and Customer Due Diligence checks are not successful due to: uploaded media low quality, blurriness, bad visibility, etc…

In this case, HUDI will review firsthand your data in a timely manner.

Not Approved (more than 48 hours)

Your KYC is not approved because:
⁃ Customer Identification and Customer Due Diligence checks are not successful;
⁃ Anti-money laundering checks are not successful;
⁃ Risks are assessed.

If your KYC is NOT approved we will send you an email notification within 7 business days.

If a user has been flagged for Global watchlists’ crimes in the past or is under investigation, it will be flagged during KYC verification.

If your KYC is not valid:
HUDI can’t grant you access to the platform;
HUDI can’t accept your investments;

2021-12-15 03:01:38 HOW TO WITHDRAW VESTED HUDI FROM PLATFORM

Remember: until anti fraud checks are completed, only users who bought HUDI in private sale and presale can withdraw their tokens!

To withdraw your vested tokens from HUDI platform follow these steps:

1.
Go to Wallet section

2.
Click “Connect Wallet” in Decentralized Wallet

3.
After connecting your wallet, go to Vested Wallet and click “Claim”

4.
Select the vesting and tap “Claim”

5.
Go to Platform Wallet and click “Withdraw”

6.
Choose the amount and click “Withdraw”

7.
If you have not completed KYC process - here you will be asked to do it in order to receive your HUDI (may take up to 24 hours)
If you have completed KYC process - go check your email: you should have received a withdrawal request email. If this does not happen, please check again if you completed KYC! Open / Comment
