Hunter Solaire's opinion ᵍᵐ

The South is quietly destroying its competitors. That's how they make it harder for other NFTs to compete.

Let's figure it out. Now there is a bear market, liquidity has dried up. There is practically no (new) money coming into the ecosystem, most people are waiting for the next bull. Now look at the South.

While other collections have been held back, they are:
• 5 new collections released;
• increased the total number of NFTs to more than 300 thousand;
• made announcement after announcement.

But everyone was focused on making their ecosystem grow. And no one talks about how their new collections are hurting competitors.

Now Yuga has NFT in every price range. Because BAYC is so expensive, it has allowed other NFTs to exist freely in the range of 1 to 20 ETH. This changed for the first time with the release of Mutants. Then they released Otherdeeds, Kodas, Vessels, etc.

Now you can find Yuga NFT with any budget:
Level 1: BAYC, Punks
Level 2: MAYC, Azuki
Level 3: Koda, DeGods, Captainz
Level 4: Pudgy, Moonbirds, Doodles, Clone X, HVMTL
Level 5: Seals, Chimpers, Checks, Valhalla, Otherdeed Vessels.

The South is everywhere, and what's even worse is the liquidity crisis. Their new collections suck money out of other projects.

People are looking for any reason to sell right now: to get liquid; to buy a "safe" NFT. And there is no more savvy ecosystem than the South.

Now BAYC costs 52 ETH. There's nothing further until you get to Azuki, DeGods & Mutants. These collections have a clear opportunity to rise to 25-35 ETH.

However, other NFTs cannot continue to play the BAYC game (permanent airdrops). They need to find new ways to return value to the holders. I'm not saying it's easy-just the opposite, but it's doable, and the best projects are thinking about new ways to reward their superfanates.
