Autodesk has compiled an annual report on the state of the design and creative industry at the company level. The surveys were attended by leaders and managers of the digital sphere.
Main theses:
• More than half of respondents stated that their companies have hired employees who lack key skills, but they plan to train them;
• 79% of respondents say that future growth depends on digital tools;
• Advanced digital companies are ahead of less advanced companies in this regard, since the beginning of 2020, the gap in productivity has increased;
• 2 out of 3 companies are trying to find qualified employees
