Romania launches state-owned NFT marketplace
The launch of the NFT platform is handled by the Romanian National Institute for Research in the Field of Computer Science. The team believes that the initiative will help the implementation of Web 3 in the country.
The ICE D|Services platform was developed in partnership with MultiversX. Together with the launch, five NFT collections will be presented - they will be released in cooperation with athletes, the library and other organizations.
Smart people from the institute say that the main goal of the NFT platform is to create a connection between the younger generation and the values of state institutions. Experts believe that they create new sources of income and increase the economic potential of the country.
