2. Blocked accounts status
The rest users with a blocked account due to their fraudulent activities will be able to withdraw their initially invested funds after the end of the ICO when withdrawals will be available. The invested funds will be calculated in USDT at the date of deposit. All dividends obtained from the HFT bot will be transferred to the Insurance Fund of the project.

3. HFT algorithm status
Due to the recently found bug with TIDs, our team will rework the algorithm data, and all HFT parameters including the risk management, because the research data is incorrect.
Please expect some delays with the release of the new updates, because all of our team will be busy with the algorithm rework with collecting new data, but the HFT bot will continue to work under constant 24h enhanced monitoring by our team.

4. Reward Program
Today is the final day to get the last Callisto card that participates in the 3x Reward Program. This Callisto card allows getting three additional bonus Callisto cards.
Any unsold cards will be deleted from the Reward Program.

The users who used the exploit caused damage to the HFT bot trades and we may assume that some profits aren't received by our users. Also, we have to spend more time on algorithm rework and delay the upcoming releases.
Therefore would be fair enough to restore the blocked accounts that will contribute to the Soft-Cap by buying a Callisto or Enceladus card at least. Exceeded traded amount will be deducted from their accounts to the Insurance Fund balance, but the rest funds will remain on the account with further ability to use the HFT bot by opening TIDs.
