Hi there
Recently we noticed a bug in our app causing default limit orders to cancel automatically, because by default they set as FOK (Fill or Kill) type, and here is how to fix that:
- Once placing an order, make sure you switched from ‘Simple’ to ‘Advanced’ mode, see 1st screenshot
- Tap to select type of the order, 2nd screenshot
- Select ‘Good Till Cancel (GTC)’ type of order
Now your orders should place as they were before. We will fix the bug in the future updates, thanks for providing us the feedback!
