We would like to acknowledge that mistakes were made at the start of our TGE event. We would like to apologize and be transparent about exactly what happened.

TLDR:

A breakdown in communication led to a pool being created and visible to the public before sufficient liquidity was added, causing high price volatility.

There was a small delay in claiming IDO tokens until sufficient liquidity was added.
