Hello everyone! How are you doing today? Quick introduction, | Marsan Exchange News

Hello everyone! How are you doing today?

Quick introduction, my name is Jay from technofou shockrouge. I am a UX/UI/Branding architect and PR manager, and we are proud to now have Marsan Exchange as a client.

We are taking the time to get as much information about Mr. Marsan's business, operations, MRS and the incident of April 17th. We'll cut the PR speech for a moment; this whole situation sucks, it's frustrating, and the more we learn about it, the more we understand how some of you might be scared on one side or pissed off on the other.

We strongly believe that the source of all issues was miscommunication on all sides. We are working very closely with Mr. Marsan as an external and neutral firm to make sure that we learn from the past, we understand the present, and we do what needs to be done for the future. I have rarely met someone as passionate as Antoine, and I can assure you that everything he does is for the success of this company and offer the best service and products he can.

So, enough chit-chat, what's the plan?

First, we gather data and build a timeline. There's much false information going around, and we want to work on putting the facts forward. We will be working on a proper source of information about MRS; what the token is about, what's the goals/expectations and warnings about negligent agents that may cause harm to this project.

Second, we are working on a proper company structure and culture. Passion is amazing, but passion is not enough when we're talking about your hard-earned money. This is not a bank, but let's try to get the best parts of a bank; the reliability and redundancy. Trust is something that is easy to lose and hard to earn, so let's work hard on earning this back.

Finally, let's talk about a fresh start. The dark, matrix green and attitude are great for a young and proud company, but this is not the right direction for the future. Mr. Marsan was extremely clear with us that he did not start this company for quick personal gains but to offer long-term service and grow wherever he can. Therefore, we will be rebranding Marsan Exchange and MRS; a fresh coat of paint and a new way to communicate. We want a better foundation and brand to properly reflect the core values behind the name.

We are at the beginning of this transition. Going too fast served as a catalyst for a lot of the recent troubles. As soon as we have more to share, you will be the first to know. Thank you again for your patience, and if all you see is darkness, please know that we are literally working on bringing more colours to all this.
