This year was full of events for the whole world and our team - filled with tasks, challenges, and achievements.

Let’s summarize the latest activity:

1. Gathered the core team of smart contracts and game developers, concept and 3D artists while continuing to expand each week

2. The Telegram and Discord Groups have been created

3. The First Gleam Challenge among the earliest members were held, $3,000 worth of allocations were awarded

4. We have gathered and reviewed the applications for the community mods

5. Finalized 10+ deals with partners, investors, and advisors - VC funds, Gaming Guilds, Blockchain, and NFT gaming platforms, brand and marketing agencies, and major launchpads. The reveal will begin two weeks into January. All partners and investors are the smart-money deals and proven “diamond hands.” They’ll bring valuable knowledge, connections, and assistance to Memoverse

6. We have ongoing discussions with 8+ more potential partners/investors

7. Finalized deals with KOLs to bring more publicity for the Memoverse

8. We are in the process of the first listing agreement with a major CEX; currently, legal opinion for CEXs is being prepared

9. Lot’s of paperwork and questionnaires have been thought through and filled in

10. Hundreds of hours were allocated to calls, pitches, and negotiations.


Starting from January, we’ll begin to exit the stealth mode, and the short-term roadmap for January - February 2022 is as follows:

1. Announcement of community moderators selected from early members’ applications

2. Creative competitions and contests to win allocation spots

3. Introducing new in-house community moderators

4. Finalization of outstanding deals with partners and investors

5. Engagement of KOLs within the crypto community, reveal of partners and investors

6. Finalization of listing agreement for the first CEX

7. Sneak-peeks of art, platform’s and in-game content

8. AMA sessions

9. Global Gleam competition to win allocation spots

10. IDO and Listing.
