How to activate tiers if there are difficulties?
There are two solutions that already work:
- Use Inner Balance, payments from which go through without problems.
- Have at least 1 DAI more on your wallet balance than you need to pay.
At the moment, our team is working on fixing the problem of paying directly from the wallet. And we are already close to success.
So far, we have connected a tool that helps, but on the condition that your wallet has a little more than you need.
What is the essence of the problem?
After approving a payment, the Network incorrectly calculates the amount, and perceives it as ~1 cent less. As a result, the Network "thinks" that the user does not have enough balance.
This situation is observed only if the user tries to pay from the wallet.
Payments from Inner Balance are processed correctly.
So, if you do not use Inner Balance and want to pay directly from your wallet, keep at least 1 DAI more on your balance than you need to pay tiers.
However, very soon all this will be irrelevant, because we are close to fixing everything.
