Indian school teams up with Binance for NFT tickets
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has teamed up with Binance, a cryptocurrency and blockchain provider, to offer NFT tickets and proof of attendance protocol (PoAP) for its forthcoming three-day cultural expo ‘Rendezvous.’
Binance hopes to make people more aware of the different uses of blockchain, including those that will be demonstrated at the festival, such as NFT tickets, NFT certifications, fan tokens, POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol), and some others.The festival will feature NFT Tickets for all participants throughout the Concert Nights, which will be a first.For the first time in India, NFT Ticketing is being used on such a large scale.
