The Puell Multiple is a metric used in Bitcoin analysis to evaluate the relative value of newly minted Bitcoins (block reward) in relation to historical prices. It is calculated by dividing the daily issuance of new Bitcoins (in USD) by the 365-day moving average of the daily issuance.
Over the majority of Bitcoins’ existence, these periods have been when the price of BTC has also reached its major highs. So the Puell Multiple can be a useful Bitcoin forecasting tool to identify based on this metric whether price is too high and needs to drop (when the indicator is in the red zone), or whether it is too low and may need to bounce (indicator is in the green zone).
Currently it has exited the green zone indicating a sustainable uptrend

Reserve Risk is a Bitcoin chart that allows us to visualise the confidence amongst long term BTC holders relative to the price of Bitcoin at a given moment in time.
When confidence is high and price is low then there is an attractive risk/reward to invest in Bitcoin at that time (green zone). When confidence is low and price is high then risk/reward is unattractive (red zone).
Investing in Bitcoin during periods where Reserve Risk is in the Green Zone, as seen currently, has produced outsized returns over time.
