6• High Risk IP means you have being using one IP to apply for many SBA so they have blacklisted it, you guys need to clear your cookies after each application, have seen people applying for over 5-10 SBA applications on the same browser within an hour
without even clearing cookies or doing any safety thing, they will just blacklist your IP and any applications you do, they will decline you for no reason, even if u deserve to be paid .
