The #Propy real estate platform will put up for sale an apartment in Kyiv, which was bought for cryptocurrency in 2017 (the first case in Ukraine). This time the apartment will be sold as an NFT token, not as real estate.

This token will include property documents, a digital painting of the famous Kyiv artist Chizz.xr, and photos of the apartment. The bidding will start on June 7 and will run for 24 hours. The starting price will be $ 20,000.
