The Neutrino v. 2.3.1 is out. The following changes have been made:

We have run the new smart contract algorithm that will buyback WX for WAVES from WX Network pool to replenish the XTN multi-collateral reserves. The daily buyback amount will depend on the market conditions. The algorithm will work for approximately 60 days and use ~150K WAVES amount that was originally generated by the Neutrino community nodes and collected on the 3PC7DBimauyKytx8tXhKo5u2ECb6FsndYKH (Security Funds) address for buying CRV.
