We’ve completed our first steps towards decentralization and changed the mechanics of NSBT and swap operations. Please, welcome the Neutrino protocol's updated website

What's new:

NSBT
- NSBT staking was moved to a new contract;
- we introduced a new entity — gNSBT. NSBT stakers receive gNSBT to be used in the governance process;
- gNSBT owners receive rewards from swap fees;
- now gNSBT holders should claim rewards manually;
- now unstaking NSBT implies a fee, the size of which depends on your staking period to date.

Swaps
- now swaps are almost instant;
- now only gNSBT holders (NSBT stakers) can do WAVES<>USDN swaps;
- a user's gNSBT amount determines their daily max swapping amount;
- a swap is available only once per day.

Protocol updates: the new version of Waves will be based on Practical Proof-of-Stake Sharding (PPOSS) Consensus and support Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Smooth transition is guaranteed! We're now in transition to Waves 2.0 with a multi nuclei structure

Waves DAO will upgrade the old futarchy concept and launch a new generic governance model, with applications going far beyond blockchain technology.

Level 0 Inter-Metaverse Protocol on Waves will help connect different games and metaverses

Gravity bridges will be built for users and applications to access assets on any EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Avalanche, Binance Smart Chain, etc.), Bitcoin, and Solana. The bridge is based on threshold signatures, which makes it simple enough to avoid vulnerabilities in complicated smart contracts and reduce gas fees.

Waves Labs, now headquartered in Miami, are coming back to support rapid growth across the ecosystem. $150m fund and an incubation program will soon be started for the US teams, building products on Waves. The US is a key market to drive mass adoption in 2022.
