When the #NEM #NIS1 network reaches the #snapshot block height, all $XEM balances, #multisignature accounts configuration, and root #namespaces are recorded.
#Symbol, an entirely new network, and chain/#ledger, is launched with the new $XYM token.
For those who opted-in before Snapshot, $XYM will be credited to your account on the new Symbol chain, in the Genesis block as Symbol starts. Providing access to your account and tokens on the day of launch, planned for 15 March 2021.
