GameStop announced a platform with NFT

A separate platform with NFT has been revealed in a separate tweet from the store chain.

GameStop has launched a separate website called GameStop NFT, but there's nothing in it yet. Those wishing to do so can only leave an application to get a chance to start creating tokens for the GameStop platform.

User reaction to GameStop's NFT announcement has been mostly negative. Many noted that the company's timing was bad, as the NFT market is rapidly declining - in early May, it was reported that token sales had dropped 92% from their peak in September 2021.
