Representatives of the Crypto.com exchange confirmed that the deal with UEFA on sponsorship of the Champions League tournament failed at the last moment. Earlier it was reported: the trading platform is ready to conclude a 5-year contract worth about $500 million. The company planned to pay $100 million to UEFA annually so that its logo appeared on screensavers during broadcasts, as well as around the football field on billboards.

Nevertheless, the stock giant refused the deal at the very last moment a few hours before signing. At the same time, representatives of the exchange did not comment on their actions, which caused great disappointment among the employees of the football organization.
