At the "Neuralink Show and Tell," Elon Musk unveiled videos of six monkey test subjects using implanted brain chips to type out sentences and getting rewarded with snacks.
He said that the technology implanted in the brain could be used to "treat a wide range of neurological disorders, to restore sensory and motor function, and eventually to expand how we interact with each other and experience the world around us."
Most of the paperwork has been submitted to the FTA, promising that the company is six months away from trailing their implants in humans.
