U.S. District Judge Michael Wiles of the bankruptcy court approved disclosure statements explaining various aspects of the proposed plan to sell Voyager assets but asked attorneys to make some revisions before he approves them.
As Voyager's original agreement to sell off itself to FTX got withdrawn due to SBF's collapse, Binance US grabbed the chance with a winning offer in December 2022.
However, the deal will be subject to another confirmation hearing in March, needing approval from a majority of Voyager's creditors.
