The company said that the new tool works by allowing users to submit transactions directly to validators. Exchange aggregator 1inch released a new tool called “Rabbithole” on Nov. 25, which the company says will protect traders against malicious “sandwich attacks.” The team announced the launch of the tool in a press release that has been made available to Cointelegraph. After that, each swap initiated via 1inch will be analyzed by the private tx routing algorithm developed by the 1inch team and then sent to validators directly if there is a possibility of a sandwich attack.

We actually think Tesla may try to do it regardless. Elon calls Apple/Google's 30% fee in their App Store "a tax on the internet," and now that it directly, and intensely affects one of his core businesses, he may bring a war to the tech giants' doorsteps.

A Tesla phone would be extremely hard to pull off, but could be interesting.

Decentralized exchange aggregator 1inch is introducing a feature called RabbitHole that's designed to prevent MetaMask users from getting hit by a certain form of frontrunning. The issue at hand is sandwich attacks. This is where a trader frontruns a large buy order by buying the token first, pushing up the price. Once the buy order goes through, the token's price rises higher, at which point the trader sells at the higher price (or vice versa for the whole maneuver). It results in the victim seeing the trade executed at a worse price.

Elon Musk pointed out that all the previous investors in Twitter had the option to roll their stake into now the private company. However, FTX and SBF took no part.

Elon Musk replied to the report and said that it was totally false and that SBF was an investor in Semafor.

He also mocked SBF by saying, "If SBF were as good at running a crypto exchange as he was at bribing media, FTX would still be solvent!"
