Which of Envelop’s “competitors” has left the game? Part I
Below we are talking about projects that are similar to one of DAO Envelop’s products. In general, we believe that in Web 3.0 projects “compete” only nominally. This is due to properties such as interoperability (at the Layer1 and Layer2 level), composability (at the dApps level).
In the community of many projects, including DAO Envelop, we often hear (especially in the bear market) the “opinion” that the project supposedly works “wrong”. In practice, though, there are objective metrics to compare it to:
- If it is a token, then we should compare the median growth or decline for similar products (the similarity criteria may be different);
- If it is a Protocol, Oracle, Index, then you need to compare the technical, social, and other components.
And here we need to understand whether the development of the project matches with the nascent trend of programmable assets (smart and other NFTs, called NFT2.0).
