Second Twitter Follower Airdrop Batch Distributed

I now distributed the second batch of the airdrop to all participants who didn't pass the organisatorial requirements like registering their wallet, twitter account or activating the airdrop in the @ocicatbot .

Hint: based on the feedback we will make the airdrop activation process /iwantoci in the bot more clear for you and will check more requirements upfront in the bot directly (we thought it is simple enough, but seems quite some mixed it up ).

However, we will also be more strict with airdrop requirements in the future - if the requirements are not fully satisfied we won't distribute the airdrops to latecomers afterwards the next time (assuming there is no mistake from our side of course)
