- It’s difficult to create. Nope, you can write whatever you want, literally in a couple of minutes.
- It must be detailed. Wrong, main points are enough.
- You must include release dates. Again, no, there is no need to include them, or just give the expected release quarter.
- It cannot be changed. It can. There are some variables affecting this, such as project delays or the situation on the market.
A roadmap is not the main factor to consider when picking a project. Still, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have to take a look at it
