It is a process that takes time and requires a lot of focus and dedication, so we thank everyone for their patience while we complete the project.

Unfortunately this means that we currently do not have the withdrawal gateway up and running and we want to explain what happened:

As a result of what happened with FTX, it has been a negative effect on the market, leading many technology companies to bankruptcy.

Our automatic withdrawal gateway was connected to a series of APIs to be able to offer this great technology in a robust way as it has always been in PRIMEX100.

Unfortunately, some of the services we used closed their operations and consequently our withdrawals stopped being processed.

This led us to a forced update and it was decided to start developing a native gateway in record time so as not to depend on third parties.

After a week of intensive preparation and review, unfortunately, just as these changes were starting to be seen online, our gateway has experienced server failures and that is why we have decided to retire it and continue working on creating a more robust gateway.

While this may have been discouraging news to some, it is clear that decisions are being made to promote security and stability as we continue to expand our services around the world.

We ask all of our loyal users for your patience as we continue to test and debug before this impressive feat can be confidently released to an eager public.

With the same dedication that we have shown in the past, our team will be sure to regularly update you on the progress of this difficult, but rewarding challenge you face.
