Lick the display and taste the food on the screen A professor from Japan has created a device called
"Taste The TV" to allow a variety of people to experience the cuisine of world-class restaurants from the comfort of their own homes.
To do this, various foods are mixed according to a recipe, and
sensors record their taste.
The chemical flavor
concentrate is then sprayed onto a removable plastic cover or a disposable tray. The sheet is then automatically placed on the display, and you taste the result on your tongue.
The device is not on sale yet, but the professor is contemplating a commercial version of Taste the TV for
$875.
